    How to use YAPE. (Yet Another Pokemon Editor)

    how come everytime i let my pokeon evolve with this.... it decreases level like my spinda i tried to let it evolve to jirachi in lv.20 (my spinda was lv.19) it went back 4 steps which makes it lv.16 NEED HELP!!!!!
