Johto Safari Zone: How do I Edit That?
I'm also new and had the same problem. I'm not 100% sure if it works because I don't want to play until the storm badge, but I'm fairly sure you can only do it through hex editing. Use Tinke to extract the safari encounters(/a/2/3/0). There is a hgss-encounter-file-specification on...- chrixsx
