do you mean the transparent part and the untransparent part? Because the transparent part is walkthrough(you can walk behind buildings) and the untransparent bit isnt walkthrougn...

i edited the 3 others from other sprites i found on the net, but i forgot where they came from. seriously i did.!

The shoveler at the end is edited from bug catcher. I gave him a different head and a few other things. And removed the bug maniacs basket full of stuff.
