Okay, So I changed the image in unlz at number 1632 (oak) to a sprite of prof. Elm.
It took it without any trouble, but when I write it to ROM, and play it in VBA, Oak is still there?
Where could I find the pointers of the loaded sprites during the intro in fire red?
Oak sprite, Player sprite, Rival sprite..
also, are there tutorials on adding more then 5 evolutions to a pokémon? YAPE can only do five, I need two more D:
Hey, This is a stupid question maybe, but I'm looking for the command in PKSVUI for "hidesprite 0x2", I tried "disapear 0x2" but it recognizes neither of those. What is it?
But that way I can only edit what is being said.. I want to edit the script itself! Skipping the rival name sequence, and changing some of the shown sprites with others already in the rom...
Hey guys, I'm looking for the offset of the script when you select a new game.. the one that starts with "welcome to the world of pokémon..." let's you select your gender, your name, etc..
So not the text offset, the script. If someone could pm it to me, that would be awesome.
Make sure when you select a script in advance map, it is opened with pksvui (you have to select it somewhere..) Just doubleclick a script or event in advancemap, and the script will be opened in pksvui. Put your code in the opened offset.
