    Actually, since Flygon is a mixed Ground-type, the bonus is 25%. So Earthquake's power would be 125, not 150.

    Two things: -There is a thing called trading. Trade a Mudkip/Marshtomp/Swampert to your version if you want another starter. It isn't that hard. -There is a Substitute Move Tutor in Emerald, FireRed, and LeafGreen. Any Pokemon that can learn TM moves can learn Substitute.
