I don't think HM Cut is in there. If I remember correctly, its in the place where the verdanturf town used to stand. Try checking there.

Which is the most overrated dark type pokemon? For me, it'd be absol. Very high attack and speed makes it kill enemies at first turn. It could also learn elemental attacks (say tm blizzard, fire blast, thunder).
