I've been fortunate so far in my life not to ever get hurt often. I've never broken any bones, most likely due to just my calm and cautious personality. You can't prevent everything, but you can at least try to avoid situations.

Unfortunately, I think Nintendo is the only one who would have the answer to that, but it is disappointing that you can't customize the rest of your Pokemon. Considering there's only Kanto Pokemon it shouldn't be too much trouble.

I don't use my Eevee for battling purposes, so I just named it "Unevolveable" because the name really speaks for the Pokemon itself.

I exclusively use Ice-types, so for me anything that isn't an Ice-type I have no interest in. However, I have a severe hatred for Bug-types. Since I dislike Bugs in general, the only good Bug-type to me is one that's squashed.

I usually save it for the 1st Shiny pokemon I encounter because I have no use for legendaries, in LGP/LGE Master Balls are an unlimited hidden item in the Cerulean Cave so it's no sweat if you want to use it for literally anything.

Using the evil lairs as your own personal hideout is a good idea, but there are also many more options. The lair hangout idea you're thinking of is what I consider to be save-the-game spots. I always save and quit in my favorite area in the specific game. (Ex: Pokemon Let's Go: Seafoam Islands...

It's got to be Professor Oak for me, he was the first professor in my first Pokemon game.

I'd love to complete the Dex, but unfortunately, I can't because of the Trade to Evolve Pokemon like (Alakazam, Gengar, Machamp etc). It's unfortunate that stuff like this still exists in the game and they can't just put some NPC in the game to evolve it, it's irritating to people like myself...
