Appears to be fixed. Appreciate it. Used the "red" affect from Kyogre's runes to make the eye affect. I think it turned out pretty alright!

I'm new to Hex Maniac Advance, saw a few tutorials on changing the title screen for gba games. I went and created my own, making sure that it doesnt have too many colors, and that its the same size and shape as the default pokemon sapphire title image. It inserted ok without any issue in HMA...
