I caught Lugia with a Master Ball, then after I got the Rainbow Feather after beating the gyms I caught Ho-Oh in a Master Ball that I got from transferring it from Emerald.

I've gotten a wide variety of shinys. [Eevee, Charizard, Dragonite, Groudon, Electrike, Bidoof, Nidoking, Dodrio, Salamence, Gyarados and a couple of more.]

Zubat and Bidoof -.- and Magikarp.

My Feraligatr is Adamant and the Squirtle I got from Prof. Oak is Modest :D

Lets see in its been 5 days since I got it (I got it on Monday) I have all 16 badges, beaten the E4, caught Ho-Oh & Lugia, beaten Red, caught Mewtwo, gotten a Kanto starter and in process of beating the Battle Frontier: Battle Tower. So its ok, kinda slow though :/

Is there one for a Modest Dragonite? And can Extreme Speed be passed on by breeding?
