I'd say it isn't that big of an issue, both games can have completely different ideas desprite being based on the same series so they can easily co-exist. Both games also have completely different dexs and even for the characters both share, they won't have exactly same type, movesets or stats

While I did hint to a possible sequel when developing Fury Red, recently there has been a ton of other Mario Pokemon Rom hacks in devlopment, or (in the case of Super Mariomon Released) , so I want to ask, from those who mainly played and enjoyed this game, would you be intrested in a Fury Red...

It would be the only way to get the Rock Smash HM, but if you don't want to restart, Blewbird gets rock smash early on so you can use the HM like that.
