    Emerald hack: Pokémon Inclement Emerald: A Decomp Difficulty Hack [Version 1.13]

    So I forgot about the bug with Bug Bite deleting items and lost my Soothe Bell. Is there a way to spawn a new one in or at least acquire one later in the game? Or am I just out of luck there (not the end of the world if that's the case but is useful to know).
