Only think what i can see being bad in this is the people who will use eved half legendaries, so maybe a tier like on PBR with OU Uber would be good, but i dont mind no tiers at all, 6v6 lvl 100 only and lvl 50 only too would be much much better.

Looking at the base stats of each pokemon and it only seems that Scizor better stats are its attack and defence? Syther has much more speed so i was thiking for a baton pass Syther? Evolite stone would make it much better then Scizor? Scizor has better typing but who would agree? Moves...

At the moment i have all the pokemon in my signiture but fear that its actually not good enough as they dont work a team I want Bronzong as a Supporter and Cradily and Ferrothorn as stalls and walls, and Metagross for a physical sweeper! I have Ludicolo, Starmie but i dont think they will...

Its 80 but as others said, sweepers are more suited to rely on better power so the better powerful moves would be better! :D

Yea i understand that if you think like it mathematically in your case, a 30 percent chance of burn is worse then a 80 percent chance of a powerful Hydro Pump which can see of Tyranitar. Ok Vrai you helped me a bunch with my decision! :D
