Well I would suggest a Gyarados, cause it blocks Fire Blasts, and Earth Powers, and its really rare that they carry HP Electric. I guess Blissey could work though.

I would get rid of Mence, as it isn't that great IMO, and you need a Heatran Check, plus having two 4x Ice Weaks isn't amazing for you, Mamo just enjoys the kills.

I suggest a CB Scizor, don't waste any EVs on speed though, as your main attack is BP.

Okay, there are a few thingies I noticed Mamoswine - Switch the Speed Evs with the HP Evs for very bulkyness. Magnezone - Again, use Thunderbolt over Discharge. Gengar- I see a large Deoxys-E weakness, so use Timid for ability to out-speed it. Hope I helped!
