[ASM & Hex] Changing "Hold Item" Evolution to "Use" Evolution
Did you use any specific programs in order to accomplish this? I want to adjust the use of a King's Rock to evolve Poliwhirl and Slowpoke on a RomHack of FireRed my friend gave me.
