I suffer from anxiety but I've recently gone back on medication and it's worked wonders. The lingering sense of panic I always feel has more or less disappeared. I get pretty bad panic attacks, like 2-3 times a week, but hopefully that will change soon.

It's probably only happened two or three times in my life excluding when I was a very young kid. I need to lay on a bed or it just doesn't happen. I do fall asleep on planes sometimes, though. Planes make people sleepy.
