    Disregard my last post. I found Flamethrower. But where is the move tutor/move relearner? EDIT: I found the mover relearner, he's in Branchtrake Town incase anyone needs to know. EDIT: How do I find Rayquaza? I've finished the main storyline. I can't find him though.
