Agree with this. I would wait and evolve him at at least level 45.

Just beat Elesa for my 4th gym badge. Planning on training all my part pokemon to level 30 and then also a few pokemon stored in my computer. Sandile evolved. Hoping to evolve my roggenrola at some point today as well.
