    Deoxys by a long shot. Deoxys is in a three way tie for the strongest legendary (Anime wise). Mewtwo, Mew and Deoxys.

    Charizard= OVERRATED!

    Charizard is not overated. You shouldn't judge a pokemon based on only the game's. People need to realize that pokemon is not just about the Gameboy game and that all pokemon are trained different.
