My game crashes everytime I try to use Flash Cannon and oddly enough, why can't Honchkrow learn Steel Wing?

The game crashes when I try to use flash cannon. The animation for charge works fine but it crashes after that.

Will the save files of the previous versions be compatible with a newer version? just asking in case an update will happen and I don't want to lose my progress... Also, is there a move relearner/reminder in this game??

Gallade without Psycho Cut would suck... Perhaps the animation could be the Confusion background mixed with Cut's animation? Just saying... :)

Are the new moves still being implemented in this hack?
