My worst one was definitely when my Master Ball failed.
I was playing a japanese edition of Pokemon Gold on my GBC (It was a bootleg cartrigde that had both Pokemon Gold and Silver inside. Yes, I was that desperate, and my father wouldn't spend more money to get me the legit spanish version)...
Since the link in OP is not working and there is no answer...
Not the official Pokemon Pink 2.1 patch made by 80C.
I just remade it using Lunar IPS with the base ROM and a patched Pink 2.1 ROM that I already had.
To be used on "Pokemon - Blue Version (USA, Europe) (SGB Enhanced).gb".
CRC32...
Lunar IPS is throwing this error when i patch:
"The file has been patched, but the data in the IPS files appears to be truncated or missaligned..."
I'm using the correct base rom, but somehow the MD5 sums of the patches that I've download (several times to make sure) do not match the ones...
Then try finding the one which CRC32 is 1F1C08FB.
Or look for the latest GoodGBA or No-Intro GBA rom sets and you will surely find it there. Among all the other base roms for the projects of this forum.
