hello i just downloaded this and im assuming shiny odds are unchanged. is there a shiny cheat that would be compatible for the rom by chance?

Hi there i’ve recently gotten really into this rom and i just had a few questions. Is there any resources you have available anywhere that shows where you get gift pokemon or trades and such. I was also wondering what the shiny odds may be since my rival clearly got luckier than i did!
