If you've downloaded the patch from here you'll get a microsoft word document which has the complete list of almost everything you need to complete the game 100% including mega stone locations.

It seems that there's a bug regarding Charizard's Mega Evolution stone locations in the current patch.I got 2 Charizardite X from Scorched Slab and Fiery Path instead of just getting 1 Charizardite X and 1 Charizardite Y.
