Power Swap can't be learned by Shuckle... or any legendaries I don't think..... EDIT: apart from Mewtwo. or of you Baton Pass it, but that seems a bit pointless.

I don't recall using the word useless. I wouldn't use it. He's made of noodles for crying out loud. I get that Power Trick would make it more powerful, but at the same time it has low speed and wouldn't last 2 seconds.
