No. Chimchar evolves at lv.14. And, if you evolve Chimchar into Monferno before the first gym, she'll learn mach punch, and you'll have no trouble at all...unless he starts up with critical hits...gulp...

As the name implies, this is remake of Pokemon Yellow. This game will take place in Kanto, but you can catch every Pokemon in it(Arceus, Mew, and Regigigas through events) You have two rivals( Gary and the female character) You can only play as a boy, as I go by tradition(That and I'm too lazy...
