It's possible with a warp location cheat. It manipulates a door event. Look up fire red cheats.

One thing that I'll say is that I figured out a way to get back to the main continent using the warp cheat for fire red, basically manipulates a door event and lets you choose a location to go into. I made it back to the continent. I just wish there was a way to replay the league! Team Rocket...
