After you beat Senex on gym island is that the end of the game? if not, what else is there to do?

So, now I'm stuck after beating Senex, trying to get to gym island. I have the hard disk solo and I've talked to every rock in route 103. yes, every rock, every rock tile , every angle of the mountain with the waterfall, etc. and still can't seem to find the rock that talks about hidden energy...

I found a bug, in fortree university if you go past the girl on the 2nd floor after defeating her, your game freezes, but the sound still plays and i can't do anything, even when i restart my VBA. Help? Also, is it possible to use ruby codebreaker/gameshark codes through the VBA emulator in...
