Nice team you have in there.. But, why don't you try teaching Rock Tomb to Infernape instead of keeping Scratch? I mean, it's weak against flying pokes and rock tomb is a nice move to counter fliers (but, well, sucks sometimes because of low accuracy)

Are other TMs (like Stealth Rock, Roost, Draco Meteor) available in this game? If so, where can I get it?

I think Taunt Works.. But yeah, Sucker Punch has no priority, but I heard it will be fixed soon.. Is there move tutor or HM waterfall in the game?

Ice Punch is better than Ice Shard for Sneasel right? My Weavile has Ice Punch, Night Slash, Taunt and Aerial Ace. Just sharing my pokemon. :D Though getting Ice Punch for Sneasel is quite hard to do. :C But all the effort will pay off. Weavile is monster. :D

I've just started playing the game and it's awesome.. :D Some questions though and I hope someone can answer me.. :D 1. Are there 4th gen attacks in this game? Are the attacks here classified as physical and special like in 4th gen games? Or the physical and special are based on the attack type...

Make sure that you are using v1.0 of Ruby ROM. I verified mine with Advance Map. But I believe most of the downloadable Ruby ROMs are of v1.0 Try doing this, if you are using VBA, open your VBA. Go to Options>Emulator>Save Type then choose Flash 128k. I hope this works. :D

Well, maybe because you are using FR roms? I mean, LP is a Ruby hack. :D Hope this helps.. :D BTW, the Ice girl's name - Aisey, is so cute. LOL
