Emerald hack: Pokémon: Discovery
Couldn't you just replace the pokedex with some kind of journal where you write down your observations of the pokemon you encountered? (i.e. just change the name of the pokedex and adjust colors so that it doesn't look sci-fiey)- Dartlak
