2nd Gen need help on finding shiny pokemon on G/S/C?
because :P shinies are chance. you probably have a 3/1000 chance of catching one. i myself spent 3 hours once trying to find a shiny ditto and didn't even find a normal one. it is all LUCK- ddematos

2nd Gen Your shiny pokemon
I have a shiny celebi,suicine,raikou,entei and of course gyrados :p i was extremely shocked to find my celebi i got when nintendo went on tour was shiny! i got the 3 shiny legenday dogs after playing gold and silver about 7 times each!- ddematos
