Copy both the rom and ips to the same folder on your phone with the same name (Firered Rocket Edition.ips and Firered Rocket Edition.gba or similar) open MyBoy and navigate to the folder, tap and hold on the GBA file, and hit patch.

Very True, I definitely agree with this idea. It would also be a way to partially make up for the Low profile way getting better stuff. Also, I would like to see re-usable TM's in the future.

I have played the hack twice (good way and bad way) and never had that problem. What emulator are you using?

I believe that is not until the next beta. PS: anyone who gets the amulet coin is a horrible person :(

Just wanted to say I love the hack so far, and it has the most incredible story line I have ever seen in a pokemon game (hack or otherwise). Just wondering, but how far along you ( @colonelsalt ) were with the next beta, and it you had an prospective release date. I would hate to see this go...
