Actually, you may want to consider dropping Psychic on Gengar for Energy Ball to handle Swampert, and other bulky waters. Keep Psychic on Slowbro though.
Well I mean it's weird to me; I'd never really thought of a spread like that on a Scizor. Though that could jsut be that I always use my Scizor[s] as Reversallers or Sweepers; I prefer to leave the passing to Scyther cause he's faster.
Okay, maybe it was opinion when I was talking about the...
Hmm, I have no experience with Natural Gift so I can't say anything. But I guess Aerial Ace could work too. Grass/Flying covers a decent amount of typing. though you almost always going to be walled by Steels.
Infernape still kills Blissey in one hit; I say Umbreon cause he is only really fearing Fighting and Bug types. Which are easy enough to switch out of if needed. Claydol can be a decent choice; or Skarmory.
Gengar looks good, though I normall y prefer focus sashing and Destiny bond over Hypnosis.
Not too sure about Scizor; seems kind of a weird spread and nature for a Baton passer.
Milotic looks good.
Give Tyranitar Dragon Dance over Ice Fang; The fangs are horrible.
Infernape looks good, I'd...
I guess you could use Quick Attack, but it's low power doesn't seem like it would do much; even with 6 attack. But it would let you get the first stroke and maybe finish off weaker pokemon. though still; Grass/Normal isn't really good type coverage either.
I would recommend rebreeding for a better Sceptile; Timid is -atk +spd, so that's bad for a physical sweeper. Charizard has a much better physical pool, but a special one would look something like this.
Charizard @ Leftovers/Life Orb/Choice Specs
Modest/Timid
-Flamethrower
-Air Slash
-Dragon...
Flame Orb for the item as it inflicts burn and will cut their attack, so you could trick that onto them. Confuse Ray seems like a good last move on Banette.
Another thing you can consider is a Leafeon with Curse; It has the attack and defense to back it up. It can become quite a fun tank.
Leafeon @ Leftovers
Adamant/Impish
-Leaf Blade
-X-Scissor
-Curse
-Synthesis
