I've been playing Pokemon since it came out but have only recently started getting into hacking. One time I thought I figured out how to get a shiny Mew in G2 but it turned out to not work because any Transformed Pokemon you catch in G1 automatically becomes a Ditto. So much for pedantically responding to memes.
