Why just u dont go to the destination that i told you. As long as you are a windows user and have saved the game 1 time, it will be there. Here is the Destination- C:\Users\(Your Account Name)\Saved Games\Gray Topaz v2

What is on your USB is the Game (and its file), not the save file. The save file is stored where i gave u the link of, Irrespective of Where you put the game. For Example my game is in the External Hard Disk, but the save file is stored in the place i gave u the link for.

If you are a windows user, then the saved file is in C:\Users\(Your Account)\Saved Games\Gray Topaz v2 So the pc in which u played it, go there, And copy the file in it, then start a New game in the other pc, then go to the same place in the other pc and paste it there. This should work.

There is a way to make the synchronize ability work outside battle too in the rpgmaker. For Example Pokemon Insurgence (by thesuzerain) has it working outside battle effect. You could contact him and know the way.

no i cant. i hav completed the game. and dont hav any saved images to help u. just follow the directions i gave u. 2 x Up means 2 steps towards up(north) direction. From there follow the next step.

Then go to the area where u catch rayquaza. Bagon is in the grasses of that area. as for Regice There u go

just figure it out. its easy. u will see fire burning if u hit the wall. try moving one step at a time. u can find bagon on top of mount sax. bt to get to that area u need to beat elite 4 first. As for Regice-

umm... that mt. frost and randy quest took me to giratina. no sign of arceus. and where is the flame orb(moltres's treasure)? I cant find it anywhere in the great pyramid. Its the area where victini was right?

if i remember correctly its after 6th gym. may be after bt not before. Nvm i remember now. Its in Thrill City, the place of 6th gym. In in a house with birds.
