i cant rly put a finger on what happpend to you, i was stuck there too but it was becasue some tubes werent pixel perfect and if u just switched em up it would work. looking at your screenshot it all seems okay so its probably a bug

i think all the killer stuff is probably put on purpose, this game has in general been hard, like compared to official pokemon games this is like hell, but its fun and entertaining, i got mad at times but when i passed those parts u cant imagine how good it felt
