Definitely Latias, when I saw it in the Anime I immediately fell in love with it :)

I chose Charmander of course! Almost everybody chose Charmander in my childhood. I wanted to choose Bulbasaur because I like nature and Bulbasaur resembles it, But when I went to go to the toilet, a friend chose Charmander for me, I just went for it, simply because I was too lazy to start over :)

Haha, That's funny :) I quit Pokémon Rom Hacking because I was always scared of failing and messing something up, whenever I tried to map something or script something it would fail all the time, Then I started using backups and that's working perfectly XD. Thanks for welcoming me to PC.
