I´m learning to program, and i want to practice a bit, but i don´t know how to work with Essentials. My project is in the V16.2, and i would like to make simple scripts to proof. Where can i read about the functions and classes of Essentials?

I´m trying to give to the player a Pokemon who have various forms. Most exactly, a Lycanroc Dusk form. I have been loking for how to do it, but i haven´t find nothing. Must i to use a script or can i do that with the Vanilla Essentials?
