If you have the option to trade Seadra to evolve it, I'd highly advise you to do what LightningAlex said replace Drowzee with Kababra, but evolve it to Alakazaam first. And yes, train them to a minimum of level 45. ~D

Well I finally got around to evolving Togetic to Togekiss and would agree that it has far better stats. However, the moveset for my Togekiss is questionable. I also caught a Bronzor so I guess my team is pretty much complete in terms of the Pokemon itself, and now I just have to train the two...
