4th Gen Raiku
Ok so I just passed through Burned tower and Raiku was sitting on road 38 (as seen on the map). I decided to go catch myself a Miltank, so I begin running in the high grass. The second pokémon I see is a goddamn lvl 40 Raiku. He got away before I could do anything and he disappeared from my map...- digitallyimportedlover
