I don't know if she will return on a regular basis. I mean its possible but probably for an arc or something. They shouldn't of changed the characters. It just made no sense

I actually thought Misty had a nuturing side to her but it doesn't matter if they constantly hitting the reset button all the time. I do agree with you that they would only bring her back for a special and/or even like like 2-3 episode arch here and there.

Most of the voice actresses returned I think except for 2 of them. It would be interesting to see what they do.

I think Misty should return but I don't think they will because it seems with every new series they try to cater to a different generation of audiences. With that being said, they should have a 20th anniversary special and treat it like a big event and promote it heavily now that Pokemon GO has...
