Has anyone ever used a Leafeon in HG/SS or Black/White?

Yes I have used Magikarp and Gyarados as part of my main team, in fact, I took down Red with just Agikarp! Interestingly enough, the only Gyarados I've ever used is the red one from the Ake of Rage, as an HM slave!
