Interesting, well I must say it does look weird but unique at the same time because of this. Kinda hesitating if I should return it to the seller. Since I guess its pretty rare to encounter something like this? Hmm..

I have added a marking to the first picture where the visible marks can be seen. It's kinda confusing because some may see it as the rainbow reflective effect but these uneven foggy marks are only visible when they are not reflecting any lights.

I would assume it could be manufacturing defect if I can compare it with another rainbow rare english ver myself. Unfortunately I just started collecting and I only gotten japanese versions mainly. I guess it has a pretty unique foggy look to it if it isn't a manufacturing defect lol😅

Hello there, I have just gotten myself two of these cards both in Japanese and English ver. The japanese ver looks Gem Mint based on how it looks but the english ver looks a little off. Looking directly on both the cards they look fine but the english ver will have some sort of cloudy white...
