Since I was not able to find anything in gen 4/5 I thought I should try gen 3. I saw the CFRU did mention it improved the AI system. But I'm not sure if/how it would be possible to only take that specific feature from it. Is anyone familiar with this? Any help is greatly appreciated

Does anybody know how to add new abilities in gen 4 roms? I only found guides about gen 3 here.. And if that's not possible, is it at least possible to change existing abilities? I'm doing some research myself currently, maybe I can figure it out in which file it's stored. If anyone knows...
