Should I evolve my Bulbasaur?
I just caught a CP 405 Bulbasaur, and I have enough candies to evolve it. I'm currently level 16. Should I hold off on evolving it, or are my chances of finding one that's higher slim? Also, how much CP do you think it'll have by the time it is a Venasaur?- Doodlee
