I can assure you that Tentacruel can withstand Starmie with its mammoth sp defence. I withstood my friend's starmie's Psychic and then Chesto rested to defeat a Dragonite using outrage. Nevertheless, thank you so much for the movesets...

Don't waste a move-space on smog, when you can give it toxic; smog has low accuracy and the toxic condition is much deadlier than poison. Then again, i woul'd just go for a sweeper, due to Houndoom's high sp attack.
