Oh sure the IV's listed are for the stat listed for both pokemon IE Dratini has IV's HP: 27 Attack: 31 Def: 26 Speed: 30 Sp. Att:13 Sp. Def: 26 and Togepi has HP: 25 At: 18 D: 23 Speed: 31 Sp.A: 31 Sp. D: 19

Heh, it's mainly EV'd for Attack and Speed for Dratini (31 attack and 30 Speed) I did my order that way as it was easier to search via stats from psypokes...
