first things first u need patience...then just touch it at the closest spot to u every time it moves and u should get it eventually...but if u used a cheat which u must have then u may have trouble with your deoxys...as i did when i tired it before...sorry

yeah i knida used up all my resources for substitute but i managed to get it on all the pkm that needed it...i think i have fly on charizard just until i get swords dance...and it kinda helps me move around the world better...havnt used it in battle and dont think i will... marshstomp eh...

thanx all...i simply gave it those vitamins (carbos, calcium, and protein) and gained 1 more lvl and it evolved...then i gave it thunderstone and got raichu, and its got: Raichu@leftovers -Thunderbolt -Encore -Submission -Focus Punch NICE!!! i think anyway...lol thanx all for your time!
