    Emerald hack: Pokemon Emerald Omega

    Hey, just wondering- when does Kadabra evolve in this game? Right now I have a level 43 one and I thought it'd evolve by level 40. Also, is there a way to load this game on YAPE or some program similar so I can see movesets and stuff? When I tried doing it previously, YAPE replied with the error...
