I think a better fighting move for tyranitar is Brick Break, because reflect and light screen become useless, and it doesnt leave you vulnerable to flinching for one turn, and screws up focus punch. Your 6th pokemon I think should be a Togetic, with Baton Pass, Fly, Light Screen, and Lucky...
