Sandstorm and Hail fix? [Emerald]
In later gens the move sandstorm raises rock type Pokemon's special defense by 50 percent. I was wondering how can I fix that to work in Pokemon emerald? I assume it would be the same process to fix the move hail as well.- dragontamerjason
