    Wait, so am I using the IP in my cmd or am I using the ip in the website? I tried using my iPv4 address for local play on my friends client.lua but my friend gets this when they try to connect.

    no, people use the term for both. I am sure Strict Level Cap means you can't level up your pokemon past a strict set level cap. In the case of this game, you get a strict level cap at the very beginning; it being level 15 until you defeat the gym leader.

    Has this game been abandoned? I noticed a couple people mentioning game breaking bug and the last update and login was Sep 4, 2023. The label says complete but if it has game breaking bugs which don't let you finish the game, is it really complete?
